Data we collect
- Contact details you send through forms: name, email, phone.
- Information about your request: travel dates, number of guests, general property details and your message.
- If you tell us about a project in Grow with MURA: details about your space, your talent or what you want to learn, and any links to photos or videos you choose to share.
- If you request an invoice: RFC, name or company name, tax postcode and regime, CFDI use, reservation code and your Constancia de Situación Fiscal.
- If you accept analytics, aggregated browsing data (pages visited, device, traffic source).
How we use it
- To answer and follow up on your request.
- To review your project and propose a next step.
- To issue and send the tax invoice (CFDI) for your stay and meet tax obligations.
- To manage bookings, stays and relationships with owners.
- To improve the site and our services (only with your consent to analytics).
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us operate (for example email, site hosting, booking tools and analytics), only for the purposes above. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or objection to the processing of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@staymura.com.
